This 4-week course is interactive by design. Participants will share their own real-world challenges and learn from the experiences of fellow cohort members. Together, you’ll learn the art of evaluating and building your leadership team.

The support doesn’t end when the program concludes. You’ll walk away with a dynamic hiring blueprint to guide your steps, along with 3 post-program check-ins with a member of the Bolster Client team.
