Bolster and Visible Hands are excited to announce a partnership in support of the Visionaries Accelerator 2022 cohort, providing valuable mentorship to a new generation of startup founders.

Visible Hands is a pre-seed platform that holistically supports overlooked founders. The second cohort of their Visionaries Accelerator program officially kicked off on September 11. The 14-week program will run through December, and participating startups will work full-time to grow their companies through expert programing, interactive community, and financial support from the Visible Hands team. “The finalized cohort of 51 entrepreneurs features over 70% identifying as Black, African American, and/or Latinx,” Visible Hands reported.

Bolster, an on-demand executive talent marketplace that helps companies scale their CEOs, executive teams, and boards, has joined forces with Visible Hands to support this year’s cohort. Bolster matched each founder with a mentor from its Bolster Prime program, providing personalized support, knowledge, and advice. In addition, Bolster is working with Visible Hands to provide supporting content and programming to be delivered by the Bolster team and Bolster Prime Mentors throughout the course of the engagement.

“We’re excited to be sponsoring this year’s cohort of Visionaries,” said Matt Blumberg, Bolster CEO. “We are committed to supporting overlooked and underrepresented founders, and we’re thrilled to bring the strength of our mentorship community at Bolster to Visible Hands’ latest cohort.” Nashaira Ofori, VP of Product at Visible Hands, says, “We couldn’t be more delighted to partner with Bolster in offering one-to-one mentorship for our visionaries. For many early stage founders, mentorship is a game changer. We’re excited to offer a slate of strong, experienced operators as mentors to founders this year.”

Visible Hands is the most trusted platform for early-stage, overlooked founders. Through their programs, funds, and networks, they support founders as whole persons in launching and scaling high-growth startups. They run a 14-week Flagship Visionaries Accelerator program in which all founders receive a $25K investment and opportunities for up to $175K in funding.
